As of January 15, 2023, Sarah K. Smith is the new MS. Earth National Director.  She is a first time Director however is no stranger to the roles and responsibilities of an Executive Director. She is one who rather than complaining or hearing complaints of situations, events, etc. she evaluates and prays on how she may be able to use her time and talents to improve the situation instead. With one of her businesses her and husband owns being in Disaster and Emergency Response and Trainings, she understands the importance of remaining focused on the mission and not being distracted by chaos. This is a great fit for her because not only does she have a love for pageantry and the sisterhood but prior to even being in an Earth pageant, Sarah is passionate on healing and protecting the Earth which chaos has inflicted in many ways and now focused on a pageant with an environmental/Earth mission and is now focused on also enhancing pageant experience for her State Directors and Delegates alike while showing the importance as well as fun of embracing our Earth. She is actively fighting cancer and makes it a mission to let other Warriors or anyone with any kind of struggle know they have purpose and can make a difference. She is a Climate Reality Leadership Corp Leader and Mentor, Senate District 7 Pct. 668 Precinct Chair, SHEVotes Ambassador, Veterans In Procurement International Business and Aerospace Program Alumni just to name a few of her activities and passions. As a leader, mentor, trainer, etc. her goal is to provide a beautiful pageant experience for all with purpose. Sarah lives in Houston, TX. Sarah also is the new reigning Elite Mrs. Earth, one of the most prestigious titles in the world.



Marco is no stranger to pageantry. Marco has been directing pageants for over 12 years and has worked as Executive Director for Miss Albuquerque. Marco has a proven track record of preparing his delegates to be successful at Local, State, National and International levels. His ladies have been fortunate enough to consistently place in the Top 10, Top 5 and Winner spots with his preparation. Marco also has over 5 titles that he has won to include Mr. Elite 2019.



Celine has grown up on-stage from the time she was 5 years old. She has an established background in dancing, singing, and cheerleading, both at the college level and professionally for the NFL as a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader. She was selected to appear in the international NFL Mexico Media Tour as well perform in four overseas USO military tours during her three year tenure with the Chiefs. With this extensive training in public speaking, media training, and professional appearances as a representative of the NFL, paired with her background in performing and the love of the stage, pageantry was a natural progression, winning the title of Ms. Kansas United States 2012 and securing a top ten spot at Ms. United States. Celine served three years as a state director and the National Webmaster for the Miss United States Organization. She and her husband Dave own a well established company allowing her to travel frequently, making Celine very excited to represent the U.S. preliminary to one of the highest ranked international pageants - Miss Earth. Tracey is the Miss Earth USA graphic designer and website editor. In 2018, Tracey served as the national delegate coordinator after competing for two consecutive years at Elite Miss Earth United States, representing Maryland and Midatlantic. She most recently received the national first runner up ranking in 2017. Tracey enjoys a career as a graphic designer and performer for professional sports teams including the Baltimore Ravens and Chesapeake Bayhawks. Her charity of choice is World Missions Outreach, where she has served at their school in Nicaragua as well as sponsorship of a child. Tracey's graphic design company is available for hire and highly recommended for pageant design work!  


Kaylee brings with her a wealth of experience and dedication to Miss Earth, having served twice as Miss Nebraska Earth 2016 & 2017 - both years placing in the national Top 10, and representing USVI at Miss Earth 2017. In 2018, she served as the Mission Coordinator for the Miss Earth USA national office. A resident of Lincoln, Nebraska and originally from Iowa, Kaylee has worked most recently as Community Support for Region V Services, supporting individuals with developmental and mental disabilities throughout the communities of southeast Nebraska. "I can't wait to help further the Miss Earth brand here in the United States! I'm ready to empower our titleholders to get out in their communities and be proud to represent a prestigious pageant and a worthy cause."  Contact Rose



Annika is an entertainer, humanitarian and project manager from Memphis, Tennessee. She completed a Bachelor of Professional Studies with The University of Memphis, as well as two masters with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Management and Project Management. Annika is a theater and dance enthusiast who has choreographed and performed with numerous amateur and professional groups including the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies Dance Team. With over 15 years of pageantry experience, her accomplishments include Ms. Howard County United States 2016, Miss Tennessee Global America 2004, Miss Chester County 2004, and Miss Kappa Alpha Psi 2001 (Kappa Beta Chapter). Annika serves as Director of Revere Event Planning & Design in Washington, D.C. and proudly holds 13 years of experience as an event management professional. She has traveled internationally as a Project Manager and Event Planner, planning events in Slovenia and Spain. 





Rose has assisted with the stage production and backstage management for two years at Miss Earth United States. She has held the titles of Ms. Delaware United States, International Ms. and is currently representing Canada at Ms. Eco International 2019. A former high school teacher and professional translator, Rose now travels frequently utilizing her training in multiple languages. She enjoys snow boarding and serving her community. She is a home inspector and entrepreneur based in Maryland. 


Named 2018 Humanitarian of the Year at The Global Beauty Awards, Amanda is the Vice President and Mission Director of World Missions Outreach, a US-owned not for profit school and feeding program operating in Nicaragua. Her pageant titles have included Ms. Earth Americas and Ms. Eco International, and she has competed in various systems including Miss USA, Miss America and Miss United States. Amanda attended Catawba College and earned a B.A in Communications, then earned an International Broadcast Journalism degree at the Carolina School of Broadcasting. She enjoyed a career in journalism working with Radio Disney as the Kids Concern Morning Show Personality and at Clear Channel Media and Entertainment as an Account Executive. Amanda believes that love and humanity know no borders. She believes that the love for humanity unites us together with a sole intention of making a difference and a better tomorrow for us all. Contact Amanda


Onica Blaize "Nic" is a Certified Life Coach and holds a Masters degree in social and behavioral science. She is the owner and spokeswoman for Nic B Cosmetics, an Atlanta based Cosmetics Company specializing in beauty products made for women of all races and ethnicities. She is also the co-owner of Inspire Gravity Consulting, a competition and life coaching company specializing in pageant, career and sports coaching services. When not wearing her fashion hat, Nic works as a Public Health Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In this role she serves as the principal Project Officer supporting emergency preparedness and managing a budget of over 190 million dollars. She has received several awards for exemplary service in public health for her continued role in emergency preparedness. She was recently honored by the Governor's office and City Hall with a proclamation for her dedication to children in foster care. With over 20 years of pageant experience, Nic’s passion for pageantry is exemplified during each session. She brings a wealth of experience. She coaches contestants at all age and experience levels. Tomboy turned beauty queen, Brittany is a Speaker, Model, Fitness Universe Pro Athlete, former Miss US Galaxy, Miss United States and budding Author​​. A resident of Las Vegas, she has worked in Hotel Management and Operations for Caesars Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Wynn and Encore. She is recognized as one of the international faces of Planet Beach Spray and Spa and was a featured extra in Matt Damon's upcoming movie, Bourne 5. Brittany recently took her second trip to Sri Lanka through World Relief Organization for Children and looks forward to visiting an African orphanage this summer. As often as possible, Brittany shares her message of enlightenment and empowerment, B.FabYOUlous. As a speaker, coach and athlete, Brittany combines her alter egos for a holistic approach to helping young women navigate through a superficial world. She loves pageantry and uses her experience to guide girls by embracing fitness, fashion, beauty and health while remaining true to oneself. Contact Brittany






Jenna resides in Enid, Oklahoma, where she is the manager of HotWorx, a relationship she made while serving as Miss Colorado Earth 2016 and placing Top 20 at Miss Earth United States. She has previously represented her state at Miss International and Miss United States pageants. Jenna has modeled for Johnathan Kayne pageant gowns and was a candidate for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She is excited to join the national board and staff in 2019 as the Delegate Coordinator for all divisions! 







Lisa is from the White Mountains of Northern New Hampshire, where she shares her love of the outdoors with her daughters by gardening. As an Aesthetician, Massage Therapist and Nail Technician, Lisa is no stranger to the beauty industry. She strives to provide her clients with services that are both Organic and Eco friendly. She has served as a coach and mentor in pageantry to her daughter Felicia, the current Miss New Hampshire Earth. From selecting wardrobe to mock interviews, she is ecstatic to share her love of Earth competition in New Hampshire. 





Jackie is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Bazaar Models, recognized as a top modeling agency in the Southwest region of the United States. She formerly held the title of Miss Texas Earth and believes strongly in the mission of the Miss Earth Organization. Jackie studied Electronic Media Communication at the University of Texas at El Paso. Previously known as Wilhelmina Bazaar, Jackie is well known for her talent in developing men, women, and children for careers in modeling as a talent agent. As an engineer, Jasmine Baker founded (GEMS) Girls Empowered & Mentored for Success, a non-profit STEM sorority for girls, serving as a mentor to girls who desire to pursue STEM career fields. She is CEO/Founder of True Elegance Boutique, pageant designer gown store known for producing the most crown winning gowns on the island of Oahu. A retired US Naval Officer with more than 25 years experience in business and leadership, Jasmine believes in transforming the world one day at a time. Her community service has been displayed from advocating for Susan G. Komen & American Cancer Society to teaching and mentoring in Oahu’s women’s prison.  Contact Jasmine





A dual resident of Chicago and Wisconsin, Jegie is the owner of Jegie clothing brand and Mod Culture Magazine. With years of experience in the fashion industry, Jegie created the Miss Crowd Sourced Pageant and is formerly Ms. Illinois Petite America. She directs pageants and special events in her surrounding areas and is responsible for the creation of custom pageant wardrobe at Miss Earth United States 2017. Contact Jegie





Based in Virginia Beach, Khia is an accomplished pageant director, judge, coach and competitor. She competed for three years at the Ms. United States pageant and placed top five in multiple circuits including Teen All American and American Coed. As a director and coach, her delegates have won state and national titles. Khia has served on the Executive Council of the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals and was recognized as a Distinguished Young Professional. She has been a member of the United Way of South Hampton Roads, the Women’s Leadership Council, and the National Association of Professional Women. In 2015, she launched her brand—K. Cimóne— an online earth-friendly accessory boutique for men and women, as well as a boutique styling and production conglomerate. In her free time, Khia volunteers as an EMT with the City of Virginia Beach Rescue Squad. She is a wife, mother of two children and one fur-child.  Contact Khia


Jennifer has been involved in pageantry for over a decade as a contestant, coach, judge, director, and even a pageant mom. A life-long Midwesterner, Jennifer was born and raised in North Dakota, and was Mrs. North Dakota America 2007. In addition, she has modeled both in print and on the runway. Outside of pageantry, Jennifer is a high school counselor in Fargo, ND, a wife, a mother of two, and an avid Green Bay Packer fan.  Contact Jennifer

DR. ALLISON HILL, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (District of Columbia & Maryland)

Based in the District of Columbia, Allison is a full-time pharmacist and passionate beauty queen. Her titles have included Ms. District of Columbia United States and Ms. District of Columbia America. She received first runner up at Ms. America 2015. She is the reigning Ms. Globe US 2017 and had the pleasure of accompanying Team USA to the Philippines for Miss Earth 2017. Contact Allison



Now based in Long Island, New York, Yanery was Miss Rhode Island Earth United States 2016. She is an avid dancer, having served as the choreographer of the Dominican College Latin Dance Team. In addition to directing pageants for the states of New Jersey and New York, Yanery has also served as the contestant coordinator for the Miss Earth Puerto Rico national pageant. Contact Yanery




A recent Miss Utah Earth, Victoria grew up in the pageant industry. As a lifetime resident of Salt Lake City, Victoria competed in many local and state pageants, including placing 1st and 2nd runner up in Miss Utah Teen USA as well as being named a semifinalist at Miss Utah USA. Millicent is a mother of three and has been involved with pageants for over 20 years. Through competing, coaching, directing and judging, she has developed a true love for pageantry. She's also a proud pageant mom to her daughter, who has competed since the age of four, winning numerous titles. Millicent enjoys giving back to her community through charity work and is involved in several local events. Megan is your 2017 Miss West Virginia Earth United States and has competed in multiple pageant systems. She studied psychology at West Virginia University and earned a trade license at Morgantown Beauty College. She is now proud owner and esthetician at Fabulash Boutique & Spa. Outside of pageantry, Megan dedicates time to her local animal shelter and coaching little league cheerleading. She believes the best part of pageantry is "getting to learn about yourself and other people." With over 20 years of pageant experience, Giselle is the owner of Runway MC Productions and resides in Newport Beach. She is a pageant producer and trainer, modeling coach, scout and manager. Her queens have won titles including Miss Junior Teen United States, Miss World Australia Finalist, Miss Mutya Ng Pilipinas, Miss California Teen USA, Miss California USA Finalists, Miss Maryland Teen USA, Miss Earth United States, and Miss U.S. International. Her modeling students have signed with agencies and walked for fashion weeks in Milan, New York, and Los Angeles. Giselle has been featured in numerous magazines, TV interviews, documentaries, reality shows, modeling and life skill workshops. As the creator of Kindness Begins With Me Anti-bullying Campaign and a fashion designer, Giselle launched her first fashion line in 2011. Her design was worn by Andrea Neu at the 2013 Miss International in Japan. Giselle won a Top 5 USA Best Costume at the GLOBAL BEAUTY AWARDS and won Best Costume at the United States pageant. Mikaela served as 2016 Teen Miss West Virginia, and from there her love for pageantry, the planet and it’s people exploded. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree and started her formal college education at Potomac State College of West Virginia University. When she’s not talking pageants or studying, she’s adventuring and finding new hiking trails. She says that pageantry can open new doors for women of all ages, whether in the industry or in themselves with what they can do, and that’s some of what drives her to keep competing. Josie Wills resides in Ohio and is most recognized for her fashion line designing national champion state costumes and fun fashion pieces. She has shown her collection at Fashion Week and can be found in select boutiques. She owns the business Fashion Factory LLC, which creates one of a kind pieces for high profile clientele, and her work has been featured in many fashion magazines. Josie has been a national pageant director, holds many pageant titles and has judged for many systems. Her current passion is as Creative Director/Stylist and being a busy mom of three. 2016, Jocelyn served on the judging panel of Elite, Teen & Junior Miss Earth United States, and now joins the national team as the judging coordinator. Jocelyn was Ms. Virginia United States and has competed in the Miss America system for several years. She is currently a Regional Account Executive at Exuviance and Former Area Artistry Trainer at Smashbox Cosmetics. Jocelyn studied Electronic Media at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.



Hailing from Puerto Rico and spending her childhood in New York City, Brenda now resides in Virginia Beach. She is a proud military veteran, wife, mother and business owner. You can find multiple locations of her business - The Body Bar - throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads. Brenda's daughter Jaden served as Junior Miss Earth United States 2015, and Brenda enjoyed building the Miss Earth Puerto Rico brand as co-director in 2017. She has recently served as the MEUS state director for Virginia and and now sits on the national Board of Directors and national pageant staff.


A resident of Maui in Hawaii, Brittany served as Miss Earth United States 2015. During her successful competition at Miss Earth in Austria, she was named Miss Earth Water and served as an international queen through 2016. During her reign, she represented Miss Earth during travels to Colombia, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, and multiple domestic visits. She has interviewed on Univision and appeared on the cover of Crowned Magazine. For two years, Brittany has successfully performed as the master of ceremonies for Miss Earth USA national finals airing on the Dish Network. She has placed twice in the Top 5 at Miss California USA. She now sits on the national Board of Directors and national pageant staff.
