Below are some sponsorship packages we offer. There is always room to negotiate, no request is too great or too small; we aim to provide as much publicity and advertising opportunity to our sponsors as we can! Your monetary donations are 100% tax-deductible as an advertising/marketing expense, and we provide receipts for sponsorship monies received for tax write-off purposes. All major sponsors receive a benefits package including year-round online advertising, in-show advertising, program book advertising, titleholder endorsement, national show tickets, and more.

 

 

 

 

GOLD LEVEL STAGE HEADLINE SPONSOR

$6,500 & Up Tax-Deductible Donation

 

As a headline sponsor, your company will have exclusive advertising rights prior to and during the Ms. Earth USA national pageant.  Included but not limited to a 30 sec commercial during every break, logo visible on screen at all times throughout the production, special mention by host throughout the program, special credit and logo during opening of program and more.  Your business name will be included on all official event information and show tickets. You'll also have your logo on the event's step and repeat banner in the lobby. Includes: Awards named after your company, opportunities to crown awards onstage, six (6) VIP finale tickets ($600 value) and, photographs with the winner. Includes adverts on back outside cover and or inside cover program book ad and six (6) program books ($120 value), unlimited digital program books.

During national pageant activities, State delegates of Ms. Earth USA will take to Houston, Texas during Earth Day Weekend and Memorial day Weekend. Past events have included tree plantings and clean ups. The community day sponsor will provide delegate transportation via vans or buses. Sponsors may provide signage for the vehicles or even give a short presentation to the delegates. Includes six (6) VIP finale tickets ($600 value) and photographs with the winner. Includes inside cover program book ad and six (6) program books ($120 value).

Our Queens and Staff will travel often for appearances, shows, opportunities, etc.We also have a mission trip and want to offset some expenses. Our organization will incur flight and luggage expenses to make these experiences possible. Your company can be recognized as the official travel sponsor, advertise your airline or travel services to our audience and even have your logo printed on Ms. Earth USA luggage. Partial sponsorship is also welcome by offering coupons, discounts, or comped luggage fees. Includes four (4) VIP finale tickets ($400 value), full page program book ad ($300 value), and four (4) program books ($80 value).

Own a Houston based restaurant? Delegates will visit your establishment wearing state sashes. Family and other pageant guests are invited to join them to pay in full for their dining experience. Catering on site is also an option. Partial sponsorship is also welcome by offering coupons to our delegates and guests while visiting the Houston area. Includes two-four (2-4) VIP finale tickets ($200-$400 value), full page program book ad ($300 value), and two-four (2-4) program books ($80 value).

During the final show, award winners receive beautiful engraved plaques, and finalists receive bouquets. Your company can make this experience even more special by sponsoring final awards. Please note that Ms. Earth USA does not accept sponsorship for individual delegates competing at the national pageant. To offer sponsorship to one particular delegate, please make private arrangements.
